Premium Seats Not Honored on Ajet VF1 Flight from Sabiha Gökçen to Amsterdam
I recently flew from Sabiha Gökçen to Amsterdam on Ajet flight VF1 with another passenger. We specifically paid extra for a Premium flight, selecting seats in a row with only two seats for added comfort. However, without any explanation or effort to resolve the issue, the plane was changed, and we were placed in a cramped row with three seats. This is completely unacceptable.
I paid extra due to health reasons for comfort, only to end up in the middle seat. I demand immediate compensation for the additional amount paid, as well as an explanation for why this change occurred. I will be addressing this issue across all social media platforms, complaint websites, and even with CİMER. For a 4-hour flight, this situation is absolutely unacceptable, especially when extra money was paid for seat selection.
