AJet Changed My Paid Premium Seat and Moved an Elderly Passenger Without Consent

AJet Airlines treated my elderly and disabled relative with complete disrespect. We paid an extra ₺2,000 to select a premium seat specifically for comfort and accessibility. However, once onboard, AJet staff reassigned the seat without our consent—assuming that because the passenger was elderly, they wouldn't notice or object.
It’s unacceptable to take extra payment for a seat selection and then move the customer arbitrarily. Even worse, the seat we paid for was given to someone who appeared to have connections or special treatment, while the elderly passenger was pushed aside and seated elsewhere. This is nothing short of discrimination and abuse of trust.
I demand a full refund of the seat selection fee and a formal apology from AJet for this humiliating and unjust behavior. Elderly passengers deserve respect and fair treatment, not to be treated as if their comfort and rights don’t matter.
