I have never experienced such poor service from a well-known international airline as I have with AJet. It took us 9 hours to get from Batman to Istanbul, which is almost the same amount of time it took to fly from Cape Town, South Africa to Dubai. At no point did anyone apologize or keep us updated about what was happening. We spent 4.5 hours waiting in a tiny airport with nowhere near enough seating for all passengers. We were offered only a morning coffee and then a croissant with a water, juice, or coffee. When we were finally transferred to a neighboring airport 7 hours later, we were met by a hostile flight attendant who had no idea how to calm exhausted passengers—elderly people who could barely stand and children so tired their parents struggled to manage them. I will never fly with AJet again.
