AJet Canceled My Flight to Cyprus Last Minute and Left Me Without Support

I have an early morning flight to Cyprus tomorrow, but AJet just informed me at 6 PM today that the flight has been canceled. When I reached out to their customer service, they just directed me to the agency where I purchased the ticket, stating they were unable to assist further. Surprisingly, they think agencies should be available at this hour. This kind of service is completely unacceptable and feels like a cruel joke. It’s disappointing to see both AJet and its parent company, Turkish Airlines, operating with such a lack of customer care. This is precisely what occurs with monopolized services, complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I really wish they would rethink their approach to passenger treatment, as this experience was truly disappointing.
