I bought a ticket from AJet for April 5 at 22:05, and without any clear reason, my flight was completely canceled. This left me stranded at night, forcing me to find emergency accommodation and spend extra money. I had to buy a new ticket, adjust bus plans, and cancel everything from scratch.
We rescheduled for April 6 at 11:15 AM, hoping this flight would at least go smoothly. But at 3:00 AM, we received another message informing us that the flight was delayed to 13:35. We still made it to the airport, only to experience more delays: first 10 minutes, then 20 minutes, and so on.
This is unacceptable treatment, especially when customers are making time-sensitive plans and relying on your schedule. AJet caused financial and emotional stress, and all we get in return is vague excuses and shifting timelines.
I demand an explanation and compensation for all the disruptions and added costs this situation has caused. AJet needs to treat its passengers with more respect and take responsibility for the chaos it creates.
