Ajet Flight Cancellation, Forced Visa Fees, And No Support

On February 15, 2026, my VF90 Cologne–Istanbul flight was delayed, which caused me to miss my connecting VF221 Sharjah flight; as a result, the flight was canceled. Even though I was a transit passenger, the ground handling staff (Ms. Aysen and Mr. Mohammed) did not provide any solution in the transit area. In order to access the accommodation that I am legally entitled to, I was forced to pay $50.50 for an e-visa.
At Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) Airport, the AJet assistance desks were consistently unattended (I have photo evidence). After checking out of the hotel, no meal was provided, and my request for a meal during the flight was denied. Since I was unable to access my baggage for 24 hours, I had to spend $66 on essential items at LC Waikiki and $7 on taxi transportation.
Pursuant to Turkish Civil Aviation Regulation (SHY-PASSENGER) Article 8 and the Montreal Convention, I am requesting €600 in compensation, along with reimbursement of the visa fee and all additional expenses (Feedback No: VF-799359). Otherwise, I will file a complaint with the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (SHGM).
