AJet Damaged My Luggage but Gave No Refund or Replacement
I took a flight with AJet and my luggage was damaged. At the airport, I went to the relevant department and filled out a form to request compensation. For about a week now, I haven’t been able to perform any actions through the system. Every time I call customer service, they just say there’s an ongoing update and dismiss me. Most recently, when I tried to follow up on the system, I received a response saying, “Your request has been closed. A new piece of luggage was provided at the station.” However, I was never given a new bag, nor did I receive any payment. Not only has my issue not been resolved, but the way I’m being treated feels like they’re mocking me. I sincerely hope this company goes bankrupt.
