Ajet! I Want a Raplacement or Compensation for My Broken Suitcase

Dear Sir/Madam, Following my flight with AJet, I discovered that my suitcase had been seriously damaged and some of its contents were missing. I attempted to report this issue to your staff immediately upon receiving my baggage; however, I was informed that I should not leave the baggage claim area. Subsequently, I submitted a formal complaint by providing detailed photos of my luggage and all relevant flight details. Despite contacting your customer service daily during my 15-day stay in Turkey, I have not received any positive update. I was consistently informed that the case was under investigation. It has now been nearly one year since I filed this complaint, yet no resolution has been provided. As I am planning to travel to Turkey again soon, I kindly request that this matter be resolved as soon as possible and that I receive a clear update regarding the outcome.
