Salomon Supercross 4 GTX Started Leaking After Months

I purchased a pair of Salomon Supercross 4 GTX shoes through Pazarama from a store called Sporvol. Despite being a Gore-Tex product, I noticed that the shoes started letting water in during rainy weather within the first few months. When I inspected them, I found tearing and separation on the outer right side of the shoe. I was extremely disappointed that the shoes had deteriorated to this condition after only about seven to eight months of use.

Because the product came with a two-year warranty, I sent it in for inspection. However, the inspection concluded that the problem was not caused by a manufacturing defect but by user error. My case number in the Salomon system is 77024. Considering that the sole has separated from the upper, the sides have torn, and the shoes have deteriorated this severely within such a short period, I do not consider the explanation that this was caused by user error acceptable. I find it unfair that I am effectively being forced to throw away a pair of shoes that cost a significant amount of money and are currently worth approximately $245 after only seven or eight months of use.

Several members of my family have been using Salomon products for years, and we have also purchased the brand many times abroad. We have never experienced this level of quality problem or such a negative warranty process before. The approach taken by the distributor in Turkey and the outcome of the inspection have completely undermined my trust in the brand.

To resolve this issue, I request a full refund for the shoes. After losing my confidence in the brand during this process, I would also like to state that I do not plan to purchase Salomon products again.
