On September 19, 2026, I tried to start a free trial of the ChatGPT Plus subscription offered by OpenAI OpCo, LLC through Firefox. At the end of the process, I received a receipt by email showing a $0.00 charge and confirming the start of the free trial.

However, when I log into my account, it appears that the free trial has not been activated. I am still presented with the screen prompting me to start a free trial, as if the transaction had never taken place.

I have not yet contacted OpenAI Support. As shown on the receipt, regarding this transaction dated September 19, 2026, I request that the ChatGPT Plus free trial be activated as soon as possible on the account associated with s********@gmail.com.
