Ajet Canceled My Flight and Provided No Proper Accommodation or Food Assistance
When the 16/12/2024 19:45 flight was canceled, Ajet checked us into a guesthouse at midnight. Despite arriving at the airport two hours before the flight, they offered no refreshments and placed people in double rooms. As if that wasn’t enough, they sent us back to the airport at 06:00 in the morning without providing breakfast. To make matters worse, the 09:00 flight took off at 09:45, leaving passengers still hungry. On the plane, they tried to sell products without considering whether people had money or could afford anything to eat. Thank you very much. I demand compensation for this inconvenience, a proper explanation, and acknowledgment of my right to reimbursement.
