Ajet Flight Change Mishandling Leads To Unexpected Costs

On April 21, 2024, I purchased an AJET flight (PNR: 14QEJH) from SAW to EZS scheduled for June 28, 2024, at 23:55. However, I encountered several issues: Flight Time Change: The departure was moved 90 minutes earlier without notification. Lack of Communication: I only discovered this change while checking in online. Travel Complications: As I was flying from the Netherlands to Istanbul with another airline, I couldn't make the new departure time. Customer Service Issues: On June 27, 2024, I contacted the call center for a free change, but received conflicting information about options and costs. Unresolved Requests: My inquiries through the feedback form went unanswered. Booking Confusion: Close to the flight time, our names were removed from the passenger list, and we were told about an unconfirmed reservation for the next day. Forced Rebooking: On June 29, 2024, we had to purchase a new ticket for ₺6,432.11, in addition to the €53 already paid for the original flight. Inadequate Refund: We only received a €24.24 refund, despite paying 3.5 times the original fare. I'm requesting full compensation for the financial loss incurred (€53 for the first ticket and ₺6,432.11 for the second) due to Pegasus's mishandling of the situation. The minimal refund of €24.24 is insufficient given the circumstances and the exorbitant cost of the domestic flight we were forced to book.
