Ajet Canceled My Moscow-Ankara Flight Without Clear Reason and Offered No Support

On May 28, 2025, my Moscow–Ankara flight booked through Ajet was canceled for vague “operational reasons.” Despite repeatedly asking, I received no clear explanation. After the cancellation, Ajet provided no written or verbal information, nor any assistance for accommodation, food, or basic needs. We were completely abandoned throughout the process.
Before the cancellation, we had completed check-in at the airport, but no Ajet staff were available to assist or issue new tickets. Repeated calls to customer service only led us to the airport hotel desk, where we were told no hotel accommodation would be provided unless we accepted a new flight. Forced, we accepted a direct flight two days later.
Though a connecting flight via Istanbul had available seats, Ajet refused to rebook us on that option. Additionally, credit card systems are blocked in Russia, leaving us with only 100 USD cash and no financial support from Ajet. Basic needs were entirely self-funded.
Interestingly, when our inbound flight to Moscow was canceled, Ajet provided hotel and breakfast. This inconsistent treatment across cancellations reveals arbitrary and unfair company policies.
I demand urgent investigation, an official explanation, and compensation for material and moral damages. Otherwise, I will pursue my legal rights through the Civil Aviation Authority, Consumer Arbitration Board, and other authorities.
