Ajet Canceled My Flight After Hours Without Any Support

The Ajet flight scheduled at 12:05 from Antalya to Sabiha Gökçen Airport was canceled after passengers were kept waiting inside the aircraft for about an hour and a half without even being offered water. The cabin crew gave no clear explanation during this time, which only added to the confusion and anxiety. Hundreds of passengers were left stranded at the airport. Some tried to get information at the counters, but there were no staff available to assist. We received no assistance of any kind—not even food, water, or coffee. We were left in a difficult situation at the airport, especially those of us traveling with children. Since the delay exceeded 4 hours, we demand that all our legal rights be fulfilled.
