After boarding the Ajet flight number VF3033 from Antalya to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen and waiting 45 minutes while the aircraft was supposedly ready for departure, the pilot announced that there was an operational issue. Fifteen minutes later, he stated that the flight was canceled due to a technical malfunction. No one from the crew offered clear information or assistance during the wait, which made the situation even more stressful. Passengers, including families with children, were left in a very unpleasant situation. People were visibly exhausted, and many struggled to find alternative arrangements late at night. The handling of the situation was incredibly amateur. From now on, we will definitely not choose this airline again. As a family, we now fully realize that Pegasus is a much better alternative.
