I Used a Nickname on Airwallex and My Transfer Has Been Missing for 2 Weeks
I transferred $230 (₺) to my Airwallex account on February 4th, but it still hasn’t arrived—and it’s been over two weeks! The only mistake I made was entering my nickname instead of my full legal name. The IBAN was correct, yet the money never made it to my account. I’ve checked using the reference number, and the bank says the funds were never deposited.
To make things worse, the money hasn’t been refunded to my Tango account either. I’m completely stuck, with no one clearly responsible for resolving this. Who am I supposed to talk to? There’s no direct support, no proper follow-up, and I’m just left waiting with my money missing.

On February 4, $230 appears to have been deposited into my account via Airwallex through the Tango app, but it hasn't been deposited, and I can't find anyone to address the issue. When I asked my bank about the reference number given through Tango, they said there is no such reference number. It appears deposited on Tango, and I also wrote to Airwallex customer service but am not receiving a response.
Yesterday morning at 09:00 the coins were loaded
