Three days ago, I made a withdrawal from my Tango account through Airwallex, but the money has still not arrived in my bank account. I’ve waited patiently, but after reading similar complaints online, I felt the need to speak up and ask: is anyone else having issues withdrawing funds via Airwallex?
I’ve sent multiple emails to Tango support, messaged them through the app, and received absolutely no helpful response. This is incredibly frustrating. The withdrawal appears completed on the platform, yet my bank balance hasn't changed. Where is my money? Who is responsible—Tango or Airwallex?
I urgently request either a successful transfer of my funds or a full refund of the coins I withdrew. Someone must take responsibility and resolve this now. Please contact me immediately. I need my money.
