My ₺136.96 withdrawal via Airwallex appears to have been approved and marked as sent on March 5 at 07:14, but the money still hasn’t reached my bank account. I contacted my bank to check, and they confirmed that no funds have arrived. I’ve been trying to get support from Tango customer service for a long time, but I still haven’t received any response.
