Airbnb Overcharged My Credit Card – I Demand a Refund for the Extra Amount

I recently made a booking through Airbnb, and according to my invoice, ₺31,516.72 should have been deducted from my credit card. However, when I checked my bank statement, I saw that Airbnb actually charged me ₺33,058.73—which is significantly more than the correct amount.

When I contacted Airbnb to correct this mistake, they responded by saying that the bank processed the transaction that way. However, when I spoke to my bank, they confirmed that the overcharge was made by Airbnb, not the bank.

I absolutely do not accept this unauthorized charge. Airbnb, I demand that the excess amount be refunded to my account immediately. I expect a prompt resolution, as this kind of billing mistake is unacceptable!
