Dear Airbnb Support Team,
I’m writing to report a billing discrepancy with a recent reservation I made. The amount charged to my credit card is higher than the total stated on my invoice, despite the listing being marked as “all-inclusive” at the time of booking.
According to the invoice (Invoice ID: RCQ53Z9M4M, dated July 8, 2025), the total cost of the reservation was clearly ₺23,856.00. However, my credit card statement shows that ₺24,695.99 was actually deducted. This results in an unexplained overcharge of ₺839.99.
I have attached both the official invoice and the payment receipt as proof. I am requesting a full investigation into why this extra amount was withdrawn and ask that the overcharged balance be refunded immediately.
This type of billing error is unacceptable — especially when the platform promotes transparency and “total price” policies. I expect Airbnb to correct this promptly and inform me of the resolution without delay.
Please process the refund as soon as possible and provide a detailed explanation.
