Airbnb Refund for Visa Denial or Travel Restrictions — What to Do

I made an Airbnb reservation (confirmation code: HMH9RQF9BX) for a property in Kotor, Montenegro, from November 9–13, 2025, and completed the payment via credit card. However, due to government visa policies, I was not allowed entry into Montenegro, making it impossible for me to complete the stay.

Since this issue was entirely beyond my control and caused by official government restrictions, I was forced to cancel my reservation.

I have not yet contacted Airbnb customer support, but I request that the full amount I paid be refunded to me, as this situation was caused by external factors and not by any fault of my own. I ask that my issue be resolved promptly to avoid further inconvenience.
