Airbnb Host Refused Refund for Unused Night and Parking Damage in Budva

On September 27–28, 2025, I stayed in Budva, Montenegro through Airbnb with reservation code HM45Z89CTR. The listing stated that there were no parking issues, but upon arrival, I faced serious problems with parking, which caused damage to my car’s bumper. When I reported this to the host, they told me that if I had a problem with it, I could leave the property and my payment would be refunded. Based on that, I stayed only one night and left the next day. However, after leaving, I was told that the cost of the unused night would not be refunded.

I was only able to reach Airbnb customer service through messaging, but I have not received any response. I paid a total of ₺8,336, and I am requesting a refund of ₺4,168 for the unused night, as well as compensation for the damage to my car. I expect my issue to be resolved and my losses to be covered.
