Airbnb Refund Delayed for Over 8 Days After Same-Day Cancellation

I rented a house on Airbnb for vacation but had to cancel on the same day due to personal reasons. According to their policy, I should have received my refund within 3 business days, but it has now been over 8 days, and I still haven’t gotten my money back. Despite contacting Airbnb multiple times, they haven’t done anything to resolve the issue. Their customer service has been unhelpful and unable to process my refund as promised.
