Airbnb Pinna Home Marmaris Reservation Canceled Without Reason
Through Airbnb, I booked a room at Pinna Home Marmaris after discussions with the owner. We made a 9-day reservation for July on March 3 and paid a portion of the fee. On May 5, it was canceled without any explanation, and the payment was refunded. We tried to contact Pinna Home but couldn't reach them. Airbnb fails to protect the customer's rights, and Pinna Home is an unreliable establishment. Before making the reservation, the owner assured us that there would be no issues and the dates were available. The establishment not only fails to provide a cancellation reason but also remains unreachable. Truly disappointing!
