I Was Overcharged ₺897.47 by Airbnb Despite Invoice for Ayvalık Booking

Hello, I booked a stay in Ayvalık via the Airbnb app for the dates July 26 to August 1. After completing the reservation, Airbnb emailed me an invoice reflecting the full payment, which included a service fee of ₺4,015.07 (including VAT). However, when my credit card statement arrived, I was shocked to see that Airbnb had charged me ₺897.47 more than what was listed on the official invoice.

I don’t understand how an amount outside of the invoiced total could be withdrawn without my consent or any prior explanation. This discrepancy is completely unacceptable, especially since I already paid the Airbnb service fee upfront during booking.

I am formally requesting an immediate refund of the overcharged ₺897.47. If this amount is not reimbursed promptly, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (THH) while reserving all my legal rights. I urge Airbnb to correct this billing issue without delay.
