Airbnb Nightmare in Bangkok: Stranded on the Sidewalk with Family

In order to provide my spouse and children with a comfortable and enjoyable vacation, I meticulously planned a 15-day stay at an apartment in Bangkok via Airbnb. As we boarded our 13-hour flight to our dream destination, excitement and anticipation filled the air. When we arrived at the apartment and discovered we couldn't get in, our excitement quickly turned to disappointment and exhaustion. The thought of being stranded on unfamiliar Bangkok streets with my family was nothing short of terrifying. Unfortunately, this was not the first time we encountered a similar unfortunate situation with Airbnb. During a trip to Malaysia, a similar incident occurred, leaving us disillusioned with the platform. I strongly advise against using Airbnb services because they have only brought us disappointment and inconvenience. In light of this upsetting experience, I expect Airbnb to provide an immediate and satisfactory resolution. Alternatively, a full refund with no deductions should be issued as soon as possible to compensate my family for the physical and emotional toll this situation has taken on them.
