Paid for Airbnb Reservation But Now Unavailable
I booked a place on Airbnb that appeared available, and the payment was processed immediately. Within an hour, the host informed me that the place wasn't actually available, so I couldn't stay there. I asked about my refund timeline, and was told there was a system issue delaying it. It's been a week of trying to get my refund, and the host, who initially responded, is now unresponsive.
