Airbnb Doesnt Refund My Canceled Reservation

I was able to cancel my Airbnb reservation by using the approval code Hmf8y4fjbs; however, Airbnb has yet to refund the 5,642.88 TL that was deducted from my account. When I contacted them, they informed me that the payment had already been processed and directed me to my financial institution. My financial institution, on the other hand, has confirmed that no such refund has been obtained. I've been using Airbnb to rent apartments for years, and while I've had to cancel reservations on occasion, the company has always promptly refunded my payment. Airbnb appears to have changed for the worse, and they are withholding my money as a result. They have seen a significant decrease in service over the last few years.
