I Bought Airalo for Belgrade Trip but It Never Activated Despite Setup Success

I purchased an Airalo eSIM for my visit to Belgrade, Serbia, expecting a smooth experience based on their “successful setup” confirmation. Unfortunately, the activation never worked—even though we followed every step exactly as instructed and ensured everything complied with their guidelines.

Throughout our entire trip, we were left without a working internet connection. This caused significant inconvenience, as we had to constantly search for alternative options just to stay connected.

Airalo’s system kept saying the setup was successful, but the eSIM never became active or usable. It was a waste of money and time. I am extremely disappointed and demand a full refund for a service that was never delivered. This experience was completely unacceptable.
