Most SSL problems on mobile devices are caused by incorrect time, DNS, or VPN settings or certificates that are too old.
To clear SSL handshakes, set the Date and Time to default, update iOS or Android, turn off Airplane Mode, and try again.
For Airalo, make sure the eSIM's APN fits Airalo's guide, turn on Data Roaming, and then restart the phone. Save the APN again and try again if the data doesn't come back right away.
Any VPN, private DNS, ad/tracker blocks, or iOS "Limit IP Address Tracking" should be turned off. These can mess up SSL over cellular. Users say that data came back after turning these off.
