Airalo eSIM Activation Failed on iPhone — Error TLS-a

I purchased a 5‑day unlimited internet eSIM package from Airalo for use in Istanbul for 18 euros, which I paid for with my Visa card. I bought the package yesterday and tried to activate it today on my iPhone 17, but I have not been able to use the service at all. Whenever I try to activate the eSIM, I receive an “Error TLS-a” message, and the activation fails each time. I tried many times through the Airalo app, but the application itself does not work properly, so I cannot even reach customer support from within the app to get help. Since the package never worked and I could not use the internet service I paid for, I request a full refund of 18 euros to my Visa card.
