Airalo iPhone App Keeps Showing ‘Server Not Found’ — No Fix After Update

In May 2025, I downloaded the Airalo app on my iPhone 15 Pro Max and purchased an eSIM package for Japan, costing approximately $18 USD. The app worked perfectly during my trip; however, for the past three months, I have been completely unable to access it.
Whether using Wi-Fi or mobile data, I continuously receive the following error messages:
“TLS error caused the secure connection to fail”
“A server with the specified hostname could not be found”
I have deleted and reinstalled the app, and my device is running the latest iOS version, yet the problem persists. I am currently in Turkey, and the app does not open at all.
