I Bought Airalo eSIM for Albania but Got No Signal and Can't Access the App
About five hours ago, I purchased an eSIM data package for Albania through the Airalo app. The payment was processed successfully, but once I arrived in Albania, I couldn’t use the service at all. I’m using an iPhone 14 Pro, and the phone shows “No Service” with zero signal—completely unusable.
Interestingly, I had previously used the same eSIM in Montenegro. While it was difficult to get it working there, at least I had some level of connection. As soon as I crossed into Albania, however, I lost all connectivity.
To make matters worse, I now can’t even log into the Airalo app. I keep getting an SSL error every time I try to open it, which prevents me from submitting a support ticket or checking whether my eSIM is even active. I feel stuck without any internet or customer support access in a foreign country.
I’m requesting that Airalo either fix the signal and app access issues immediately or issue a full refund for the unusable service I paid for.
