Obilet Fails to Honor Advertised Cancellation Policy for Air Serbia Booking FTDBM9

I purchased a ticket for my Air Serbia flight dated June 7, 2026, through Obilet. My reservation/PNR number is FTDBM9. Before buying the ticket, I contacted Obilet to inquire about the latest timeframe within which I could cancel the ticket. I was explicitly informed that cancellation was possible up to 3 hours prior to the flight.

Relying on this information, when I attempted to cancel the ticket via the Obilet application with 5 days still remaining before the flight, I was told that the cancellation could not be performed. The information previously provided to me directly contradicts the procedure I am currently facing, which has caused me significant hardship.

For this reason, I first and foremost demand that my ticket be canceled in accordance with the specified terms and that a full refund be issued. If it is claimed that this is not possible, I request that my ticket at least be converted to an open ticket or rebooked for a different date without any additional charges.
