Air Serbia Severely Damaged My Luggage and Refused Compensation

My luggage didn’t arrive with our flight to Amsterdam and was delivered to my home address three days later. My new suitcase was totally demolished, you can have a look at the pictures. Same things have already happened before, Air Serbia is famous for delaying flights, losing suitcases and severely damaging to luggage. Last summer they lost 3 of our suitcases and found them 23 days later, they arrived totally damaged. Complaints or claims at their website don't work, they write back that they don't compensate for the damage to the luggage. Nice position, they can damage your luggage but they don't compensate it.
