Pegasus Airlines Delays Compensation for Lost Luggage on Sabiha Gokcen to Sarajevo Flight

My luggage was lost on July 13th while flying from Sabiha Gokcen to Sarajevo. As a result, I had a 3-day inconvenience before my luggage was returned to me. During this time, Pegasus assured me that they would cover my basic requirements for three days. Based on this, I made purchases and sent them the receipts they requested via email. However, they have yet to compensate me for the inconvenience. The emails indicate that my case is still being reviewed. I've been let down three times in a row. They are not solution-oriented and are simply avoiding the problem. They are making me regret the money I spent. If you are one minute late for a flight, it is canceled, but they can inconvenience you at any time. Without any security measures in place, your luggage is vulnerable to loss at any time.
