During the boarding, a flight attendant named Milica behaved in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. She forcefully removed our backpack from the overhead compartment and placed it on our laps, stating that she needed to make space for another passenger’s luggage. She did not allow us to place the bag under the seat, and we were forced to keep it on our laps during takeoff. We only had one backpack, which we initially placed in the overhead bin as per standard procedure. Instead of addressing the excess baggage issue by asking the other passenger to check their bag, the crew member essentially threw our backpack back at us and displayed an unacceptable attitude.
