I Missed My Air Montenegro Honeymoon Flight Booked via Turna.com Without Any Notice
I booked a flight for September 3, 2024, at 15:40 from Istanbul to Tivat, Montenegro with Air Montenegro via Turna.com. We paid ₺30,000 for two tickets as part of our honeymoon. When we arrived at the airport, we were shocked to learn that the flight had already departed at 14:00—1.5 hours earlier than the scheduled time on our reservation. We received no notification of this change from either the airline or Turna.com.
Trying to contact Air Montenegro was nearly impossible. When we reached out to Turna.com, their only response was, “There’s nothing I can do. We’ll send an email to the airline and wait for their reply.” That’s unacceptable when you’ve ruined someone’s honeymoon.
Because of this, we lost everything: our ₺30,000 flight, our hotel reservation, our rental car booking, and our once-in-a-lifetime honeymoon trip. How is it that we can receive promotional messages about the flight time during booking, but no message at all when it’s rescheduled or canceled?
We were left stranded at the airport, suitcases in hand, on our honeymoon. I hold both Air Montenegro and Turna.com fully responsible for this mess. I demand a full refund of our losses and a clear resolution from both companies immediately.
