I Faced Uninformed Flight Change and Extra Travel Costs with Air Montenegro Ticket

I purchased round-trip tickets for two people from Air Montenegro under PNR: T9MW3A. Our original itinerary was scheduled for September 28, 2024, at 15:40 from Istanbul to Tivat, with the return flight on October 2, 2024, at 10:30 from Tivat to Istanbul. Without any prior notice or consent, Air Montenegro altered our departure time and arrival location. Our new flight is now listed as September 28 at 17:25, flying from Istanbul to Podgorica instead of Tivat.

The airline never informed us of these changes, and as a result, our entire travel plan has been disrupted. The new arrival airport is nearly 90 km farther from our intended destination, causing over 2 hours of additional ground travel and unexpected expenses. Because of this, we incurred extra transportation and accommodation costs totaling approximately €100–€150.

This kind of unapproved itinerary change, without basic customer notification, is unacceptable. I am requesting either a full refund for our tickets or reimbursement for the additional €150 in losses caused by the changes. Air Montenegro must take responsibility and offer a prompt resolution to this issue.
