Air Arabia Passengers Sick on Fes-Morocco Trip

In August 2023, a group of 22 travelers embarked on a journey to Fes, Morocco, flying with Air Arabia. During the trip back, all members of our group ended up getting a viral infection. The malfunctioning air conditioning, crowded and cramped conditions contributed to the rapid spread of the virus onboard. Prior to the flight, there were no indications of anyone being unwell. Turkish Airlines went above and beyond by offering water on a short one-hour flight, while Air Arabia failed to provide even basic amenities like water, showing a lack of concern for our well-being. It caused illness in all of us, and I'm struggling to write this at the moment. I have decided to never fly with Air Arabia again.
