Never AirArabia Again! My flight was 30437 on April 14th at 6:00 pm from Casablanca to Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport. I purchased cabin luggage and a 20 kg baggage allowance. However, my Samsonite cabin baggage, which complies with international standards, was not taken on the plane, and I was forced to pay an extra 800 dirhams. Firstly, these cabin bags have international standard certificates. I have an international standard certificate for my luggage! Secondly, at Casablanca airport, AirArabia employees behaved unethically and discriminated against people. They did not accept my cabin baggage, but allowed 3-4 different people's luggage of the same size inside without an extra fee. This is unethical and discrimination. You can see photos of the other passengers' baggage attached. Then how were these Moroccan passengers allowed to board directly? I will share this situation on social media and everywhere. This is human discrimination. Due to this unethical behavior, I demand a refund of my extra 800 dirhams or the return of my cabin baggage, which complies with international standards and weighs under 10 kg. Additionally, the ticket only specifies the weight limitation for cabin baggage (10kg), but not the dimensions. This is not acceptable. I will take legal action. Moroccan passengers boarded with luggage larger than mine, and I have photographic proof. This is human discrimination, and you haven't even apologized! You are officially discriminating against Arab passengers. How can you charge extra for my cabin baggage, which follows all the rules?
