Overcharged for Extra Baggage at Tanja Ibn Battuta Airport by Air Arabia Staff

On Sunday, October 5th, at 18:10, we had a flight from Tanja Ibn Battuta Airport to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen, and we checked in a day before. As a family of four (two adults and two children, ages 3 and 5), we arrived at the check-in counter at 16:40. The staff member told us that she had already closed the computer and could only process our check-in if we paid 1600 Moroccan dirhams. After explaining that we had small children with us, she lowered it to 1200 dirhams and directed us to the Air Arabia office.
Feeling pressured, I reluctantly paid the amount, but later noticed that it was labeled as an "excess baggage fee." I had meticulously packed for the return trip, ensuring we had 1 piece of checked luggage (20kg) and 4 carry-ons (each 10kg). There was no extra weight. This was a completely unjust charge, and I want everyone to know about the unfair treatment I faced in Morocco.
