I've Been Charged $5 Monthly by Canva for 6 Months After I Canceled

Even though I canceled my Canva Pro membership through the App Store on December 31, 2025, a monthly membership fee of $5 has continued to be charged to my credit card for the past 6 months. Despite having ended my membership, these charges have continued, and as a result I've been forced to make unfair payments for several months total — something I only noticed about a week ago.
I tried to reach both Canva and the App Store about this, but I can't find anyone to talk to and can't get any support. Both the fact that charges are still being taken despite my having canceled my membership, and my inability to reach anyone about this, have caused me serious harm.
For these reasons, I am requesting a full and prompt refund of all amounts charged to my card after the cancellation date, and that all paid subscription transactions linked to my account be terminated immediately.
