AJet Damaged My Suitcase and Has Not Responded

On 5 June 2026, I flew with Ajet on flight VF367 from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen to Tirana, scheduled to depart at 07:10. I handed over my suitcase intact at check-in, but when I received it at Tirana Airport, I saw that one of the wheels had been completely torn off and the suitcase was delivered to me in this damaged condition. On the same day, at around 08:00 in the morning, I created a damage report together with the female staff member at the lost baggage desk at Tirana Airport. Despite this report, I have not yet received any response or solution from Ajet or the relevant units. Because my suitcase was damaged during carriage and was fully functional when I handed it over, I request that a new suitcase of equivalent quality be provided and delivered to me as soon as possible.
