Qatar Airways Broke My Suitcase Wheel and Still Hasn't Resolved My Claim

After my flights QR240 and QR808 from Istanbul to Tokyo via Doha on June 28th at 1:45 PM, when I picked up my luggage in Tokyo, I saw that one of the wheels on my suitcase was broken. A report was filed immediately at the airport, and I was told I would be contacted afterward.
I was offered a refund, but throughout this process, no concrete steps were taken regarding my broken suitcase, no follow-up was made, and my complaint was never resolved. I am requesting that the process regarding my suitcase, which was damaged during my flights, be expedited and that my complaint be resolved as soon as possible.
