I Face Long Delay And No Support On Air Albania Flight From Ankara To Tirana

Today, I was scheduled to fly from Ankara Esenboğa Airport to Tirana with Air Albania, but the experience turned into a major inconvenience. The flight was delayed twice, and although I arrived at the airport at 12:00, the departure was pushed back to 21:30. That means I had to wait nearly the entire day at the airport.

Throughout this long delay, no officials were available, and no clear information, assistance, or support was provided by the airline. I was left on my own and forced to cover additional expenses such as food and drinks during the extended waiting period.

This ticket was purchased through Jolly Tur, and I strongly believe that tour operators should reconsider their partnerships with airlines that fail to deliver reliable service. I also want to warn fellow travelers to pay close attention when booking flights through such companies.

I am requesting a full refund of my ticket and reimbursement for the extra costs I incurred due to this disruption. I expect an urgent response and a fair resolution to my grievance.
