Air Albania Tiran-Istanbul Flight Damaged My Suitcase, No Support Available

I flew with Air Albania from Tirana to Istanbul, and upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, I found my suitcase completely ruined. It had been taped to prevent it from falling apart, clearly showing it had been mishandled and severely damaged. The suitcase had visible impact damage from being thrown around.

When I asked airport staff, I was told to contact Air Albania. However, none of the contact numbers provided for Air Albania are operational, and no one answers the phone. This lack of support is unacceptable. I demand immediate action to address my complaint and compensation for the damage caused to my suitcase. This issue must be resolved promptly.
