Air Albania Shattered My Luggage; Unresponsive Customer Service in Tirana

I recently flew with Air Albania, and upon arrival in both Tirana and Istanbul, I discovered my luggage was completely shattered. Attempting to address this issue in Tirana was futile, as there was no Turkish-speaking representative available, and no one took responsibility for the damage. The lack of assistance and accountability is deeply frustrating. Air Albania's customer service is severely lacking, leaving passengers without support in such situations. I urgently request that Air Albania addresses this issue and compensates for the damage caused. It's unacceptable for an airline to neglect its passengers' concerns and provide no means of effective communication or resolution.
