Air Albania Damaged My Luggage on Tirana Return, No Customer Support

I recently flew with Air Albania on a return trip from Tirana, and upon arrival, I received my luggage in a completely damaged state. The suitcase was torn, yet no one at the airline offered any assistance or took responsibility for the issue.

I attempted to contact Air Albania’s customer service, but there is no proper phone number to reach them. The lack of accessible customer support is extremely frustrating and unacceptable for any airline.

I am requesting immediate compensation for the damage to my luggage. Air Albania must address this issue promptly and improve its customer service to avoid further dissatisfaction. This experience has been highly disappointing, and I expect a resolution without delay.
