Air Albania ZB1003 Damaged My Suitcase, No Resolution Provided Yet

During my Air Albania ZB1003 flight from Tirana to Istanbul, my suitcase arrived damaged and is now unusable. I immediately reported the issue at the airport and had a report filed. Additionally, I sent an email to follow up on my complaint, but I have not received any positive response or resolution.

It is frustrating to have my complaint ignored despite taking all necessary steps to address the issue. I expect Air Albania to provide compensation or replace my damaged suitcase promptly. This level of service is unacceptable, and I demand that the matter be resolved without further delay.
